●Special note: No scratches/water stains on wooden surfaces

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

●Custom engraved products

●Assembled furniture with opened packaging

●Damage caused by improper use

3. Return Process
Submit Request: Log in → Order History → Select item

Get Label: We’ll email a DHL return label

Ship Back: Use original packaging + cushioning materials (insurance recommended)

Refund: Processed within 3 business days after warehouse confirmation
